  • 1. Where can I pick up my vehicle?

    Hertz has over 40 locations in Netherlands where you can pick up your vehicle. See www.hertz.nl for details.

  • 2. Can I change the car if I don't like it?

    Yes - We will always try and accommodate personal preferences so please contact your rental location if you require a vehicle change.

  • 3. How can I pay for my rentals?

    You are able to pay with any accepted credit card. Companies can apply for a Company Business account.

  • 4. How long do I have to tie myself in for?

    The minimum rental period with us is only 30 days which gives you great flexibility.

  • 5. How long does it take for you to provide me with a vehicle?
    The majority of vehicles are available within 24 hours.
  • 6. Am I able to add an additional driver to my rental?

    Yes that’s possible at no extra charge.

  • 7. Can I choose the car that I want?

    Yes there are many different models available in our fleet per car group. We will always aim to accommodate preferences where possible.

  • 8. Are there any mileage restrictions?

    The standard included limit is 3000 miles per 30 days although we are always willing to discuss requirements outside of this.
